Cookie Heaven

Liked: Rooms were.very clean, comfortable beds and the.cookies.were a bonus
Disliked: Restaurant could have been open sooner for.dinner...we had to eat off site

Overall, a clean comfortable stay...

Liked: Location was convenient. Breakfast Buffett was good. Our waiter was so nice and got us everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and hotel was very clean. Very good value!
Disliked: I called ahead for early check In and room wasn’t ready for about an hour and a half later.

Pleasant

Liked: Good room size
Disliked: The water was cold and could not adjust the AC.

Exceptional

Liked: Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Was nice having a restraunt and bar on the property. The breakfast was excellent. Really close to the SYRACUSE airport with a free shuttle. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds.

Kids had fun on this...

Liked: Pool, ease of access to car and close by parking.
Disliked: It was so hot in our room and even after turning on the AC it still wouldn’t cool down.

Exceptional

Nice place to stay but...

Liked: The warm cookies upon arrival were excellent. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The public areas were well kept and pleasant. The breakfast was good, cooked to order omelets, and a nice selection of serve yourself options. Good coffee. Comfy Beds.
Disliked: The furniture in our room was pretty tired. The bedside tables were chipped and the dresser had some broken/nonfunctional drawers. The bathroom was a little on the smaller side but everything worked.

Liked: Outstanding front desk staff and manager that went out of their way to sort out a booking issue.
Disliked: Adequate room that needs updating. The hotel isn't very near the airport. The shuttle service experience was very mixed. To the hotel, had to wait forever in the middle of the night, and then the driver seemed to have problems focusing. From the hotel, an excellent, efficient service (with a different driver).
