Liked: The beds were perfect as were the pillow. The room was comfy and it was clean.
Disliked: Major issues with room service. Took over three hours to almost get the order right. When it was delivered it was sent in a cardboard take out box, not ideal for eating im bed almost impossible to eat eggs benidict oit of a box with with plastic silverware and no knife

Liked: I love the great customer service the hotel provides. And anytime I requested anything they provided it right away
Disliked: The hotel was hosting some kids sports teams while I was there and it was very disturbing. They kids were all over the hotel. They were playing on the elevators running through the halls
