Liked: It was nice to the area we needed it for. The outside area was okay and mostly as pictured I suppose.
Disliked: I’m not much of a person who leaves reviews unless it’s needed. It’s very outdated which they don’t post online. There was a fake nail on the floor by the foot of the bed which was disgusting. The paint is peeling, lamps and surfaces were dusty, and just looks like a landlord special of painting over things that need to be fixed/replaced. Checking in was a very cold welcome not a “hello” or how are you” or “welcome” just “I can help you here” & “what can I do for you”. Considering that was the front desk supervisor or manager, I’d at least expect some type of enthusiasm.No explanation of anything or any amenities, gave us the keys and directed us how to find the room. Nothing else was said. Only received a text a little later about how everything was going. If it weren’t for the two signs we would’ve never known of anything happening such as the wine tasting & restaurant. Considering it was almost $300 a night, we were extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. Luckily we we’re only there for one night. Should’ve noticed how there are little photos posted not showing the layouts, buildings, etc. I’ve paid less for a better, nicer hotel & staff who actually at least acted like they wanted to be there to make it seem more warm and welcoming.I can certainly say we will not be returning.
