Dirty and uninviting....discriminatory

Liked: The staff of reception were professional and somewhat friendly
Disliked: Room was dirty. Carpet wass filthy., stained etc. There was a dehumidifier on kn our roo. Upon arrival....speaks volumes...roof blinds broken allowing light in. Safe was broken and we could not use. Net curtains were dirty and windows did not open. We traveled with our two children and we were placed in a separate eating area for breakfast away from people with no children jn a oartily closed off aeea. . We were not permitted to use the pool...it's only disclosed in the file tiny print upon investigation that you have to be 16+ to use the pool. Really thought Hilton standards were better...won't recommend or stay in a hilton hotel ever again...worst experience we have ever had! We are Irish and felt quite discriminated against..first time I have ever felt this way.
