Disliked: This is not a spa hotel and it does not have a pool despite the photos. The spa is a separate business next door which you must pay for separately. This is false advertising in my opinion. If you’ve got kids with you the pool is off limits even if you’re willing to pay. No kids allowed at all. And if you’re on the top floor you won’t get Wi-Fi either

Liked: The location
Disliked: The room was ok but we were put in an accessible room with no bath and a ratty ceiling directly above the shower. We arrived early and asked for an early check in as we were attending a friend’s wedding. The room still wasn’t ready by 2pm so we left for the wedding, using another friend’s room to change.The reception were unaware of the fact above so I was very shocked when I asked for a key to my friends room (610) and they just cut me one there and then, no questions asked.When we arrived back after the wedding, we were finally given access to our room. We were tired so there was no point asking to change. All in all, terrible security, a shabby room, not very helpful staff and all for £220, for one night. Madness and I expect a lot more from Hilton. Not even breakfast was included!AVOID.

Disliked: The spa not all facilities were working and for the price you pay was a letdown. Could have took money off or threw in a free drink.
