Fantastic hotel with great staff.

Liked: The young lady on reception was fantastic and very friendly. I'm gutted I didn't get her name but make sure to name her next time.

Liked: Location, bar staff.
Disliked: Tired room. Toilet was leaking in first room so had to move rooms later in evening, moving 2 kids and bags by myself. No upgrade or compensation was offered when requested.
