Severely dissapointing.

Liked: The location of the hotel was excellent.
Disliked: I paid for an upgrade to a deluxe room which wasn't deluxe in anyway. Our room was not cleaned in the two days we stayed there. The room was close by to a nightclub which you could the loud music till 3am which made it impossible to sleep. When we raised these issues with the manager I was promised a refund for the uprade charge I paid to a so called deluxe room, the manager told me the refund would not show up as from the Hilton hotel which i found strange. Over 24 hours later there has still no sign of the refund.

Disliked: Our room was not the best and not what I’d expect having stayed in a fair amount of Hilton hotels.

Liked: The bar was great and enjoyed the cookie on the way in haha was a great touch
Disliked: The tv remote was difficult to use, some of the buttons didn't work but it wasn't too much of an issue
