Great for a short break
Liked: The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was really good - the pressure in the shower was one of the best I've experienced.
Disliked: The wifi was terrible.

Good
Liked: The beds were incredibly comfy! The spa was great and all the staff were brilliant.
Disliked: There were no mirrors at the dressing table or near any plug sockets to dry/ do your hair in, so getting ready in the room wasn’t convenient.

Liked: The hotel and facilities are all really nice - staff at desks and bar really friendly and helpful
Disliked: A male member of staff tried to enter our room at 9am. We are unsure why? When I asked him what he was doing he asked if were checking out? I replied asking what check out time was and he replied 11am and then left the room without saying anything else. It was really strange - there was no apology or explanation I really do not understand why someone was entering our room at 9am. It didn’t appear to be house keeping. Also if this was the case surely they wait for rooms to checkout first. It unfortunately left a bad note on what was a nice

Perfect for
Liked: An outstanding location and everywhere is within walking distance. The shower was top rate with a perfectly placed handrail. The breakfast was again top of the range quality. My wife and I also had food from the evening menu - Prawn 65/chicken skewers - both dishes were delicious, full of flavour and spice. The bar waiter was a really nice chap with knowledge of the hotel. The blackout curtains enabled us to have a long lie in. Oh, and there is a fridge to keep a bottle of water/pop in.
