Loved Liverpool
Liked: Wonderful staff, very friendly and accommodating. Held my luggage, after I checked out, while I did some site seeing. Great breakfast at the restaurant.

A Very Relaxing Few days...
Liked: The room was excellent very spacious I appreciate they had a fan on when we got their as it was very warm The location was excellent we were able to walk everywhere

Stay was ok but expensive...
Liked: Spacious, staff friendly
Disliked: Some damp around window area. Shower not working and promises to fix not met, then they admitted were aware and awaiting spares. Promised gesture to compensate for this never happened. Very poor customer service in this respect.

Great Location, friendly staff, lovely...
Liked: Brilliant location, 15 minutes walk from the station then only 5 to the main cultural areas of Liverpool. The staff were exceptional and very friendly.
Disliked: The only issue was with the air-con that we couldn’t feel, but it was also a very hot & humid night so that is only circumstantial.

DO NOT STAY HERE -...
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Firstly the rooms are tired and look nothing like the plush rooms pictured on booking.com. The carpets are full of stains, mattresses need replacing as you practically have springs in your back as they are so old and the rooms are dark and dingy.The hotel rooms have NO soundproofing whatsoever. I had to contact their so called ‘careline’ at half 1 in the morning for them to ask the room next door to be quiet because I could hear a full phone conversation in my room. I even took a video to prove the noise to show to the hotel management. The TV was being watched to the early hours of the morning and you could still hear it.Soundproofing is a basic requirement of a hotel. The deputy manager was argumentative and didn’t believe me when I said I contacted the night team saying he would have to check it himself because there were no notes from them saying I contacted them. They contact me later with an offer of 5000 points which equates to £30 to apologise as it is ‘too complicated to offer me a refund through booking.com’. Absolute joke.Liverpool has hundreds of hotel options to choose from, so yourself a favour and choose another hotel.

Great location
Liked: Great location close to all of the popular locations and close to the docks. Staff were very friendly, rooms were good size and hotel facilities good too.
Disliked: Only negative is that my room window faced the masquerade club opposite and some nights it was quite loud. Again one night there was a wedding reception so music was loud as it is an old building the noise travels. Would not have been as issue if I was not having to get up early to work.
