Liked: Cot did not have a mattress on it only a hard base had to put our baby in the bed. Daughter booked an expensive wedding at the venue and did not get the bridal suite promised and got a small floor level room full of noise from neighbouring bars all night. Breakfast came to their room but kept forgetting condiments and items missing that were ordered. The net curtains in the wedding function room were very dirty and the dance floor was shabby. Staff were not very friendly. Not what you would expect from a hilton hotel. The burgers as part of the wedding buffet were very pink inside and all of the guests complained
Disliked: Things that could have been better...friendlier staff. Not being messed about with 3 different wedding coordinators. Having what was promised. Food that was cooked properly. A cot that had a comfortable mattress for the baby. I have travelled around the world and this level of service was very disappointing
