Disliked: I got 3 different sets of directions to my room and still couldn’t find it. I ask for help and help taking my luggage to my room. I waited 20 min and no one came. After complaining a second time a very nice young woman at the front desk offered to help me. The route she took me was different than the man who checked me in gave me. Then this morning the elevators up where my room was were not working and I needed to get to the airport very soon. The front desk said I had to use the stairs. I have had surgery on both my legs and cannot use stairs. No one came to help with my luggage either. Finally a housekeeper, Kim N took my 2 suitcase down the stairs. She then came back up to hold me as I painfully got down the stairs. My legs were hurting badly and did for the rest of the day. I paid over $400 for one night at your establishment. Because I am older and don’t look like a high roller I was treated very indifferently. I believe that some of my money should be returned to me. Taking those stairs really hurt me.
