A good place to sleep...

Liked: This is a great airport hotel., no complaints about the hotel. I like the beds and I'm picky.
Disliked: The shuttle service isn't great, I've missed the shuttle several times because the driver zooms past other buses parked at the location he is suppose to stop at, doesn't stop, you don't see him, so you can't flag him down. If it's Winter, there is no colder place in Seattle than the wind tunnel that is the hotel/parking lot shuttle waiting area at SeaTac. The van doesn't stand out, so it is very easy to miss if you aren't checking every van that pulls in for a small sign in the front window.

Disliked: the room was awful, dingy, dark, outdated, the bed kept sliding off its frame. We had one small towel each. We did not get in until very late and had to be up very early so switching rooms was not an option. Staff were unfriendly. the charges were almost $100.00 MORE than what was agreed upon when i booked online. AWFUL experience. I have been with the Hilton as an Honors member (#616062195) for 10+++ years and i will never stay with them again. I would like to be reimbursed for this horrible experience.

Disliked: Worn down. Room wasn't cleanest, long hallways, no water in rooms.
