I enjoyed my stay, but...
Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: We had a corner room, so our windows and lighting were, in my opinion, not great. Also, next time, I will remember to consider my husband's bad knees, because he had a LONG walk from the elevator to our room.

Valet was absolutely terrible. Will...

Disliked: The Valet was absolutely terrible. They said I would receive a text within an hour. 14 hours later and I still did not receive a text. When I went down to the lobby and asked for a link to pay them they sent me a link that was going to double charge me until I caught it before I hit pay. After I had that issue fixed and returned to pick up my vehicle they tried to hand me keys to a White Jeep. I said sorry but I drive a blue Chevrolet. They looked at me funny and asked me again do you drive a jeep. After telling them twice I don’t drive a jeep I began to realize they were a terrible group of employees. I asked my 2 young children to go back inside rather than stand in the heat, I asked them if they knew where my car could possibly be parked and they weren’t sure. I personally looked in their key stand for my keys which were not there and the employee said oh you must have left your keys in the car. My car is push start of course I left my keys in the car so you could move it to the parking lot. It’s your JOB to take my keys out of the car after you park it. After walking around for almost a half hour looking for my car with negative results, and completely soaked in sweat and starting to think my car was stolen the employees finally found my car parked who knows where. This completely pushed back my children’s Disney trip and caused me to look for my own car drenched in sweat and began our drive to Disney terribly. The attitudes were terrible, only one employee even acted like they cared that my car could not be found. I would never stay at this hotel again just because of the valet service it was that bad, and that damn annoying.
