Disliked: Commode did not work entire stay. Plungged daily with no resolve.

Very clean and great location

Liked: It was a great location, very clean and housekeeping was very polite and attentive!
Disliked: The front desk staff wasn't as welcoming as expected. There was no access to a microwave and the room service menu had no variety and very limited options.

Liked: Location was great. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Breakfast buffet was good, but it could have changed a few things daily. Swap out waffles for the eggs some days

Liked: Nice hotel, ideally placed for Market district abd Riverside district. Great views of the river but very noisy. You could hear the traffic as if it was in the room but one of the downfalls of being central,

Compensation should be offered when...

Liked: The staff is very nice. They kept us informed when an incident happened. Staff can’t control mishaps but they knew how to handle it.
Disliked: The pipes burst and customers were without water for almost four hours.
