Liked: The location.
Disliked: I am afraid that they have let the property run down. It just needs to be reconditioned and they need to have a better choice of food for dinner. Just looked like a lack of attention

Disliked: Was not notified about the overnight parking fee of $25. Why is there a fee?

Customer Service is not great.

Liked: The location is by the harbor.
Disliked: There is a wedding event where we stayed. Guests are too loud and yelling between 9pm to 12:45am. We called the front desk several times as those people are fighting and yelling infront of our room. We stayed for overnight assuming we will have a good stay but it wasnt. We were lack of sleep that and it was a bad night. My son wasnt able to sleep either. When we checked out in the morning and we told the manager the whole story. We were told that they will do refund because of what happened. They said they will reached out to us. Three days had passed nothing not even text or even a phone call.
