Total waste of the extra...

Liked: Clean
Disliked: I specifically paid extra for a room with a balcony facing the water - ended up with a room that faced the hotel in a courtyard - even after I mentioned I specifically paid extra for a view of the water - really disappointed

Disliked: Sink wouldn’t drain in bathroom, but they were very quick at fixing the issue!
