Very nice hotel, but under staffed.

Liked: Beautiful hotel.
Disliked: Checked in at 4:30 and room was still not available.

Stay is always fine.

Liked: Location for us is perfect
Disliked: A little pricey for the quality

Liked: Refrigerator did not work don’t let the pictures fool you shows a balcony did not get balcony got a room on the first floor right behind front desk also they text you all nice asking if you need anything and how your stay is and when you reply back to them and tell them and get no response also I messaged them on the booking app as well and did not a get a response back so I call customer service and tell them about the issue and they act clueless about it and don’t even get a apology.

Liked: The pool was very nice
Disliked: The phone in the room didn’t work and the fire alarm was beeping, the bathroom was not clean, the conditioner was out, the fridge didn’t work and I had infant medicine that had to be kept cold, when I told the front desk all of this on multiple occasions as I had to go the front desk multiple times because the phone didn’t work the front desk rudely said on check out I am sure you will include all of this in the wonderful review you are going to leave us.
