Very nice hotel, but under staffed.

Disliked: Checked in at 4:30 and room was still not available.

Liked: I was a attendee at the Rochester Tattooo convention held on premises. Staff was amazing. Hotel is beautiful and very clean so happy they were so kind to us. Thank you so much. Hope to see you next year.

Liked: Room was beautiful and clean as well as the hotel itself.
Disliked: You can hear noises outside of your room so it does disrupt your sleep if you're trying to sleep in.

Liked: Breakfast menu was good!
Disliked: Conveniences in toilet was not enough, e.g. cotton. Shampoo and rinse were not properly positioned.Most of all, 5 days after checking out, the security deposit has still not been returned yet.This is a serious problem in processing the bill.

Liked: Breakfast is very good... they have a mini buffet or you can order on the menu
Disliked: Nothing much to complain about. Situated on Jefferson Road the location has good access to various parts of Rochester. The price is a bit high though
