First time we've been to Reading for a concert. Hotel was close and had a shuttle.

Liked: Friendly staff, clean room and excellent breakfast. It was nice to have the parking garage attached.

Hotel was perfect, walking distance to the venue. My first interaction was with Frank who gave me all the details on parking and was also friendly on our departure. All of the staff was helpful and polite. I am in the service business for a long time and I really appreciate the customer service I received.

Liked: Cleanliness and friendly staff. Provided water and great cookies for the room.
Disliked: Nothing.

Everyone I came in contact with gave me the impression they thoroughly enjoyed my company and they thoroughly enjoyed their job. I also overheard other guests being treated exactly the same way. The restaurant food was excellent both when I ate in and ordered take out. The restaurant hostess, waitress, and meal made the dining a 5 star plus experience. Thanks to everyone for doing it right.

Liked: The second we entered the lobby, a staff member greeted us with the biggest smile and welcome. I asked for a really nice room and we got a really nice room. Clean and very comfortable. Loved the bathroom with the walk-in shower and glass doors. Oh, and let's not forget the delicious cookies we were given when we registered.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing disappointed us. Liked that there was shuttle to take us to and from the Arts Center.

It was a really great experience. I would stay there again. Everyone was so nice. A very clean, excellent place to stay. Great food, also.

Liked: Everything, especially the valets. Those guys were great.
Disliked: No low points at all.

I would stay again if in the area.

Liked: Clean and spacious.
Disliked: Tried to charge me a bar charge but had never ordered anything. Charges were removed but inconvenience when checking out.
