Disliked: I know they all do it anymore but it seems excessive to charge for parking when you are already paying for the hotel room.

Liked: This was the third year we’ve booked this location to attend the Grand Prix of Portland. We like the location because it has easy access to the MAX, a pool for the kids to swim in, 24 hour secure parking included with your stay and the onsite breakfast is pretty good.
Disliked: This year our room must have been in the old part of the building. It was extremely small. The windows didn’t open, which made it stuffy, and the door’s security latch didn’t function properly. While the rooms we’d stayed in previously had been very clean, this room was not (there was a fair amount of body hair on the bathroom counter when we arrived and the desk was sticky). Additionally, this year when we checked in they did not offer the text feature to communicate with room service, and the phone in the room only worked 25% of the time. We had to called the front desk from their number online to get help. When we had food delivered, the front desk didn’t call us (the room number had been given during the order). We checked in with them to find out it had been delivered over 20 minutes before and was just sitting in the lobby getting cold.

Very good

Liked: The room was very clean the bathroom was nice and modern and the shower pressure was great. Perfect size room for how long we stayed and definitely a nice room to stay, I almost wanted to extend for more nights but we had other things to do.
Disliked: The front desk person was rude to my boyfriend and acted like he wasn’t staying there when he had lost his key card. He told me about this interaction later when he came up to the room , said she was pretty rude.
