Dirty, overpriced, terrible customer service

Disliked: DIRTY - cockroaches in hotel room - dirty hallway and lobby - no cleaning by house service for my 4 night stay - overcharged and not refunded DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Liked: I like everything about the hotel. The staff was friendly and Betty at the Bar was the best.
Disliked: The hotel was nice overall but could use a couple of touch ups.

Liked: Everything was great. The actual room was a little too close to the elevator, which was a bit noisy.
Disliked: Elevator noise
