DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Orlando at SeaWorld

Additional fees for WiFi ($9.95), parking ($15), and no refrigerator (another extra fee we didn't even check out) were excessive, adding to overall cost. Proximity to Seaworld was a plus. Staff very helpful and accommodating and rooms were exceptionally clean.

Liked: Pool area was great. Front desk was great. Pool Bar and Staff were the best.
Disliked: The morning restaurant staff was not very pleasant. When we wanted to order off the menu and not eat at the buffet it seemed like it was an inconvenience. Food was good but very slow in arriving.The evening waitress we had was very efficient and friendly. The food was just OK.

Liked: The location is awesome. Very close to both Seaworld and Discovery Cove. The restaurant inside is also very nice.
Disliked: The room floor is not clean as well as the toilet. The AC is quite loud.

If you are looking for...

Liked: We liked that we were so close to SeaWorld.
Disliked: It was very loud at night late into the night on Wednesday night. We had someone from housekeeping pounding on our door and trying to get into our room at almost 11:00 at night just to ask if our room was clean. We were sound asleep as we had to leave at 4:30 am. It was ridiculous! For a place that is supposed to be family and business focused It seemed more like a spring break hotel. The "heated pools" are actually not heated. And the beds felt like we were sleeping on a boxspring!

Disliked: I stayed in the villa side, it was old and shower area was too narrow.
