Disliked: When we arrived they had no rooms available even though we booked 3 months in advance. Offered us 1 night in another hotel (significantly lower quality) and one night in our room. After long discussions the unfriendly staff did find a solution for us to stay in the hotel although we ended up getting a worse room with 2 queen beds instead of 1 king bed. No apologies or anything from the staff to make up for the inconvenience
