Disliked: We were given a queen size room without a bath when we arrived. After pointing out we had booked and paid for a king size room they said they would do us the courtesy of giving us a king size room. There was no heating, just an oil radiator. The quilt was a very thin summer quilt and the bed was uncomfortable. We didn't have breakfast as it wasn't included and was an extra £15 per person per day

Liked: Staff was really amazing, from receptionist to staff serving breakfast. I would 100% recommend and will definitely go again if again in Nottingham.
Disliked: No hot water as there was an issue on that floor but we were offered another room.
