Disliked: Air con in the room didn’t work making sleeping very difficult. Would have stayed longer in the morning if the room was cooler.

Liked: The staff were friendly and accommodating, i.e., reception, restaurant and housekeeping,
Disliked: I asked for a couple of bottle waters for the room and was told that I had to purchase them. Also, I enquired the Sunday afternoon before checkout, about a late check out on the following day, and was told that there wasn't any availability, which I found surprising.I asked another member of staff whilst on our way to breakfast, on Monday, the check out day, and a very helpful and friendly male receptionist asked what time I had in mind and informed me of the additional cost. It wasn't a problem.

Liked: Comfortable room, good breakfast buffet.
Disliked: Gloomy room with many small lights that were difficult to operate - finding what switches worked which lamps. Never got some lights to work no matter how many switches I tried!
