Great stay; 15 minutes from the concert at Verizon Amp-Theatre.
Liked: Great hotel staff; clean.

We would of rather slept...
Liked: The allergy free cookie.
Disliked: The price was expensive for the quality. The pool was soapy from cleaner and unusable. Bathroom had no privacy with sliding door. The hotel restaurant was expensive and we had a super long wait. We had to change rooms at midnight since our neighbors were excessively loud.

I would not stay there...
Liked: Decent size rooms
Disliked: Rooms are connected to each other with a door, maybe that’s why there were a lot of noises coming from the room next to us. Bedding was so dirty, AC working so loudly, no opening windows, there was so much humid in the room.

Disliked: When we first arrived the sheets on bed were not clean but they took care of it immediately and gave us a voucher to eat at the restaurant inside the hotel I found that to be great customer service

Disliked: Customer service experience was extremely lacking in all aspects of stay from initial phone call to ask questions to the room selected for our stay

Liked: A few things that I liked about the property are the following: Location (close to food and gas)Room (very spacious and has a large bathroom)
Disliked: A few things I did not like about the property are the following:Gnats (a few were flying everywhere in the room)Spots (a few on the blankets, orange spots on the bathroom walls and a stain on the curtains)
