Great stay; 15 minutes from the concert at Verizon Amp-Theatre.

Liked: The bed was amazing...very comfortable. Room very clean. Staff friendly. Shuttle to airport super convenient
Disliked: Very noisy people on the floor...screaming children running up and down halls after midnight

Disappointing

Disliked: The room was hot, the AC didn't cool down the room. You could hear everything that goes on in the hallway.

Liked: The rooms were nice and clean, beds comfortable. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was abundant with easy access to an entry.I like that the shower supplies (body wash, shampoo and conditioner) are provided in refillable containers instead of tiny plastic bottles. This is great to help reduce plastic waste. Cookies at check-in was a nice and welcome treat.
Disliked: I personally hate the layout of this hotel, with the hallway from the elevator only accessible from one direction (unless you cut through the stairwell). I hated that I couldn't take the stairs since they only open to outside with no access to the lobby.I requested no room service, but someone accessed my room anyway. Oddly, they only took the bathmat, but did not replace it, so I went without one for the rest of my stay. However, they also did not refill the empty shampoo container--luckily I had brought my own.Dinner service at the restaurant was poor.
