Liked: The room was huge and so clean and comfortable
Disliked: The coffee machine in the room took pods but there were no pods provided, just sachets of loose coffee

Liked: It was clean, quiet and great for our pets
Disliked: The night auditor was flippant and not openly helpful with important information about the shuttle. Didn’t let us know that WILBER the driver WHO WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL had to get gas and drop off flight crew” at 0630. We were told that the shuttle would pick us up at 0630. He stated that the shuttle ran every 30 minutes from 0430 on. We were downstairs ready and outside at 0615, waiting for the 0630 shuttle. The night auditor called the driver, after we asked, at 0650. He should have done his due diligence and paid more attention to his clients and their best interest instead of being on his phone the entire time. The driver was rude and slow and could have cared less about our needs as customers. It was ridiculous that he treated the woman after us with better manners than ourselves. My husband is a U.S. Navy Veteran and to be treated like this was insulting and rude. We were concerned to be on time with our pets checkin and ourselves being the first time in VA Airport. Please
