Exceptional

Liked: I booked this trip for my parents as a surprise 70th birthday for my mom. I communicated that to the staff ahead of check in and Im so glad I did. They greeted my mom at the desk with a "Happy Birthday" and there was also a card left in the room. Above and beyond service that really made the stay special.

Good place to stay!

Liked: Close to a lot of things- walking distance
Disliked: Staff were amazing! The outdoor dining space and pool were nice

Disliked: Dinner service was a bit slow. Late night menu was pretty good, but soup was salty and Cesar salad didn’t have enough dressing.

Not returning here.

Liked: It was a 10-15 mins of walk from the falls.
Disliked: It was the worst. No water in the room. Had to buy the water from the reception. Don't give me cookies, give me water.The breakfast was bad. The options were quite limited. The sausages were reheated so many times that it became tight and hard.Too many bugs in the parking lot.The breakfast area and the hotel seems disconnected. We had free breakfast included in the booking and the hotel server put a cheque in front of us with all the service charges and taxes and tips. Way beyond what a breakfast would cost. I have a Hilton membership and I was pissed at this hotel with the way they were so unconcerned all around.Never returning to this Hotel and a bad name for Hilton too.
