Liked: Location. Attentive staff.
Disliked: My room smelled of cigarette smoke when I arrived. I grow weary of getting stuck in such rooms when staying at Hilton properties.

Liked: It’s convenient and centralized to everywhere.
Disliked: My room smelled musty. The AC was not working properly. I asked to change room, I was not accommodated. I stay here plenty of times, this is the first time that conditions were piss poor. Completely disappointed. I called three times to get the AC checked, no one came.

Disliked: We paid $250 for the night, yet there is no coffee offered.

Liked: Although the location was great, trying to go in the opposite direction due to the concrete barrier was somewhat time-consuming and inconvenient. Otherwise, the location fit our needs. The staff was very friendly, helpful and courteous!
Disliked: Nothing major at all, but two bars of soap would have been helpful due to two sinks (one in the bathroom and the other in the kitchen area). We didn't realize from the pictures and online information, unfortunately, that there was more than a mini-fridge and microwave; there was actually a cook-top, apartment-size fridge, cabinet and counter space, etc.!

Disliked: Sending two seniors with their luggage to the far side of the property is mean. Only to find out that the door is open and the room smells like sweat. We had to return all the we to express our displeasure and request a clean room. The room we got was very old mismatched furniture, and a refrigerator that was not working. Oh, and there was no internet connection.
