Liked: Location very friendly staff We had Valentino help with luggage going and coming I’m elderly so beyond helpful .

Good

Liked: Very nice hotel. Clean, confortable in general and nice rooms. The parking is very convenient and is well located. Good facilities and very helpful staff.
Disliked: Unfortunately the bed looks very comfy but the mattress was so soft that you would sink in it. Not good night sleeps in there. Also the fact that the windows don’t open even a little to ventilate and everything has to be on a/c is not pleasant.

Liked: The bed was comfortable, the blow dryer and iron were used. I liked the mirror in the bathroom and the shower. Thank you for the black out curtains!!
Disliked: My AC was not working at all. I noticed that the room was hot as soon as I got there, I turned it on full blast. We needed to get ready for an event that night and were sweating as we were getting ready thinking it took some time to cool down. We got back but did not notice it was still warm because it was later in the evening and everything had already cooled down. But in the morning the room started getting warm again because we were on the east side of the building.

Liked: I liked that the rooms were nice and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The view of the mountains from our windows was fantastic to see every morning. The staff was very kind and as accommodating as possible, even helping us with a free toothbrush as one of us had forgotten one. We received a free cookie at check-in, which paired perfectly with the coffee provided in the room! Overall, the property itself is beautiful, and the hotel is right next to a Starbucks and a Chick-fil-A for early morning convenience. The freeway entrance/exit is also very close by, and the Metro Blue Line is about a 12-minute walk away. We didn't have a chance to check out the pool or fitness center, but overall, we had a great experience.
Disliked: The only thing I could think of was that we were unable to cast to the TV in the room to watch videos from our event, or to play pur own music. If there was a way, we couldn't figure it out.
