Had a great and comfortable...

Liked: Front counter staff, especially Lisa, were nice and helpful. Rooms and bedding were clean. Good location with shops and eateries nearby. Free parking was a factor in considering the hotel.

Liked: I loved how close off the freeway it was located and all the different close by food options.
Disliked: On the day of checkout, hotel employees opened my room door at 8:30 am while we were still asleep. I had declined housekeeping at check in and was not suppose to be checked out until 11:00 am that morning . So I don’t understand why hotel staff just opened my room door at 8:30 am on the day of checkout. After that we quickly got our stuff together and checked out. It was uncomfortable to be woken up to staff attempting to enter your room. Also there was a spider on our bed and visible old dead bugs.
