A sweaty and upsetting mess...

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The air conditioning was broken throughout the hotel and they did not warn guests during check-in. My hotel room smelled like mold, and between that and the 80°F temperature inside, I spent the entire weekend not being able to breathe and kept having panic attacks. The TV didn't work - it would randomly shut off or stop listening to the remote, and it wouldn't let me connect a firestick. There was water leaking from the ceiling in the lobby. The hotel shuttle took over an hour to arrive. I ended up having to check out a day early and order a last minute flight home because I simply could not stay a minute longer. The food on-site tasted like microwaved Walmart meals. The pool grounds were covered in iguana poop. When I checked into my room on Thursday, the bathroom was covered in pubic hair and other unclean spots. I flew into Miami for business meetings, and because of the hotel conditions my biggest client cancelled on me and left the day before our appointment without warning. The hotel elevators stank of weed, and there were people pulling out entire bongs at the pool while children were swimming nearby. I had a TERRIBLE time at this hotel. I am so disappointed. I spent over $800 to be miserable and sweaty, and I feel completely taken advantage of. The managers on site refused to speak to any guests in person.
