Liked: Nice large room
Disliked: Aging, very old room. There were no ceiling lights. We had a single bedside lamp. It was very dark in the room

Disliked: Despite having spoken to 2 different persons at reception about which credit card the room was supposed to be charged to, they still did not do that and the wrong card was charged.There was also an issue with the wifi access which I had to go 2x to reception before it was sorted.Will never stay at that hotel again

Otherwise, everything was OK

Liked: The front staff was not very friendly. They never smile. They never greeted you. They always acted as though they had an issue and they did not pick up the telephone. I would call from the room and it would ring and ring and ring. I would finally have to go from the 12th floor downstairs.
