Brilliant location, boutique feel

Liked: It was spotless, super comfortable, brilliant location. It was much nicer, more 'boutique' than Hilton's we've stayed in lately. Awesome service by all staff as well
Disliked: Nothing bad at all. Really great all round

Good location, get a room...

Liked: Central location of hotel is perfect for hopping on a train or tram or walking around the CBD.
Disliked: Rooms are very average. Nowhere to sit and chill out in your room. No door on the shower and servicing was done very late in the afternoons while trying to get ready to go out for an evening meal.

Liked: Location, staff, quiet
Disliked: Bin nit emptied. Blown globe. Both rectified quickly by lovely staff. Would have liked some instant coffee also.
