FANTASTIC

Liked: First of all the location, truly exceptional, in front of Hyde and Kensington Parks and very close to underground stations. Very nice comfortable spotless rooms. Great choice in breakfast with excellent products, both savoury and sweet in a large spacious room.But the best thing is the reception staff! Everyone is kind and collaborative, always listens and solves your problems and always with a smile. Antonio, in particular, is exceptional as he knows how to solve even complicated problems.Stay there makes your holiday an easy and unforgettable experience.

Liked: I love the location of this hotel and most of the staff are very friendly and warm and very eager to help
Disliked: I still find the king size rooms a little tight also they’re missing the little things. There was no water in the room and there was no coffee pods in the room and when mentioning to the reception she made it out as if I was in the wrong claiming they normally charge for water which I know is not the case as I’ve stayed here many times but overall the management are very good and Hotel is very good.

Liked: The location is convenient, close to Hyde park. The concierge was friendly.
Disliked: Most of it. Would highly discourage anyone from booking. Rooms were dirty, with strong sewage smell; shower drain clogged; amenities in bathroom not filled up; some rooms couldn’t open any window, while other rooms had windows that could not close.. Staff was inconsistent and impersonal. Staff being micro managed in front of you while guests are waiting to be helped. Breakfast not good, not consistent. When we arrived, after the official checkin time; room wasn’t ready. All together much below standard of other Hilton Doubletree hotels we’ve experienced in recent past.

Disliked: Were told our bags would be put in our room when we left for a Wedding. Upon return at 11:30 at night this was NOT the case and check in was VERY long because the card scanner for the rooms did not work.
