Liked: Complimentary boat ferry across to Canary Wharf. Very pleasant, helpful staff.
Disliked: Little step into bathroom was a bit of a trip hazard and tap squirts forward over a small sink so had to be gentle turning on.

Great spot for Marathon spectators

Liked: Loved the free ferry over to Canary Wharf. We were watching the Maraton and were given great advice as far as points to see runners.
Disliked: The ferry driver taking 40 mins lunch break at peak time

Not the best concidering the...

Disliked: We paid to upgrade to a balcony which over looked a car park, so really wasn’t worth it, not even a chair on the balcony so a complete waste of money. Toilet in the room didn’t work kept filling right up.Room service the food was shocking

Great location and lovely staff...

Liked: Large comfortable rooms. The staff were really helpful. Easily accessible parking.
Disliked: When we went to the room we were given we opened the door and there were already guests in the room. The apology we got was good but so swift that we got the impression that this happened a lot! If I'd been on my own this would've been very concerning. Too many lifts! It's very confusing.

I would definitely not recommend...

Liked: Location close to Canary Wharf so convenient for shops, the ferry being free of charge was a nice surprise
Disliked: No ventilation whatsoever in our room, all of our belongings were wet from condensation/moisture in the air from the shower and lack of even a window to open. Not ideal when I had booked the room to run the London marathon! Cleanliness was not great at all, I counted at least 9 moths in the room!
