Liked: We couldn’t even open the window - couldn’t see outside - plastic plants for the Hilton is a no no - no bathrobes - limited menu for room service - the ramp to the boat was slippy - still waiting for confirmation that my £50 has been re-imbursed

Liked: Waterfront location
Disliked: Initial thoughts were positive. During the course of the stay we thought breakfast very expensive so didn’t eat it in the hotel. A lack of teabags/coffee and fridge in room was frustrating, air con didn’t work, bathroom door was virtually hanging off, bar staff and service were really poor and also charged a 12.5% gratuity despite not receiving our drinks, going to collect them ourselves etc. Boat staff were inconsistent with what was needed re room key etc and we had a long wait to get on the ferries on marathon Morning when I think patrons of the hotel should be given priority as we paid handsomely to stay there.
