Exceptional

Liked: We were upgraded as initial room was designed for wheelchair user. We got king-size bed. Everything worked, everything was clean, no loud noises.
Disliked: We like everything!

Good nights stay

Liked: Great clean room
Disliked: We where supposedly given an upgrade as we checked in due to the number of guests we had staying however this wasn’t the case our room was exactly the same and no breakfast or drink or cookie on arrival No room service as there was a £6 charge?? Even for water No view from room Lied to by staff

Overall ok, but have stayed...

Liked: Nice location
Disliked: One towel in the room when there’s two of us. Hearing receptionist moaning to a customer in front about so many needy people.
