Nice hotel in good location...

Liked: Check-in was excellent, room was clean and quiet. Surrounding areas were lovely to walk around - there is a mix of old & new, and the journey up to the cathedral was great. Breakfast was delicious, and check-out was easy. All good!
Disliked: Drinks in the rooftop bar were expensive, but other options are available nearby

Great location and particularly nice...

Liked: Location was excellent and surprisingly convenient. Breakfast had a good variety and nice views!
Disliked: Nothing I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and everything went perfectly to plan.

Superb

Liked: The breakfast was cold the food the coffee machine wasn't topped up and they didn't come round with any more tea or coffee
Disliked: The breakfast could do with better facilities ie more hotter or more hot plates rooms could do with better inspection as the net curtains where dirty and sink in bathroom no water filter on the tap turned tap on and water went all over floor Room number 120

Welcoming, good facilities but very...

Liked: Staff were super friendly and welcoming (warm cookies on arrival was a lovely touch) Location is brilliant, room was nice and clean, we ended up going the bar on site in the evening, cocktails were delicious. Plenty of choice for breakfast the next morning.
Disliked: Unfortunately the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Absolutely rock solid. I couldn’t get comfortable because of this and didn’t get much more than 3 hours of very broken sleep. I doubt we will stay again due to this which is a shame because we enjoyed our stay otherwise.
