Liked: Restaurant.
Disliked: Room overlooking car park. Many areas untidy and some dirty.

Clean hotel, nice staff

Liked: Nice clean hotel staff on reception were very professional and was good to have on site parking aswell. Great location for going into the city center and lovely view while your eating breakfast aswell
Disliked: We upgraded the room, but our view was a poo splattered view of a wall that let in no light. The bed was very firm, and the pillows were too soft but I'm awear this is a personal thing. We thought the car parking was very expensive for the time we parked for so 21 hours was £16 for Lincoln that's expensive. I thought the breakfast was ok but was a bit surprised it wasn't cooked fresh

Liked: Bed poor, needs replacing due to creaky frame, may be due to over weight guests i.e. 20 + stone.Breakfast good with plenty of choice, but coffee only provided by staff member in small quantities.Bar very good with very pleasant staff member.Reception staff all very helpful.Car park very small and difficult to access with very tight bays also very expensive i.e. £16 .00 per night.

Very good

Liked: Location of the Hotel is brilliant right on the riverfront. Short walk to the Town Centre. Breakfast was of a good quality and provided veggie sausages on request. Staff were attentive and friendly.
Disliked: Whilst the room was clean the halls looked tired and the carpets in the halls were stained. Paying £32.00 for Car Parking onsite was very excessive.
