Liked: the staff at the breakfast were amazing, lovely and professional people! sadly the only highlight of this facility
Disliked: rooms are dirty, no cleaning service unless u ask for it the day before and no one told us during check in. on day 3 i had to go to the reception and insist on cleaning service ( early morning ) which was provided only on day 4

Liked: The check in staff member was a pleasure to deal with, nothing was too much trouble, and my room was clean and quiet. The gardens are attractive and well maintained.
Disliked: It is an older property that hasn't aged well. I used this hotel many years ago and was impressed...seems time was not kind to it.

Liked: loved the large room. We just got off a cruise and having the extra room to organize our luggage and the extra space to sit and relax was great. Breakfast was wonderful along with a great staff. Location to the airport was good a short drive.
Disliked: only thing that could of been better was the communication about the breakfast. It was included but we did not receive breakfast vouchers when we checked in so when we went to eat breakfast they asked us how we were going to pay. explained it was included and she went to the front desk and it was all worked out in the end but the awkwardness could of been avoided.
