DoubleTree By Hilton Hotel Grand Rapids Airport

I don't have anything negative to say about this hotel. Everything was very clean, beds were super comfortable, and staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool and jacuzzi area was well maintained and wasn't packed with people - even the gym and sauna area was very nice. Would definitely stay again.

Don't take room 250 if...

Disliked: Room 250 Air Conditioner makes loud noises all night and all day. Can't get good restful sleep or relax. Woke me up several times when it kicked on. And I am a heavy sleeper and take an over-the-counter sleep aidl.

Disliked: Front desk seem to be upset when I told him I had canceled a day.Daughter and nephew was questioned when they came in was asked was she at the right hotel (both over 30 years-old).Thought both rooms was double bed. ( probably my fault I should have asked). Phones in rooms didn't work. She went down to ask for sheets the let out couch had none. She said the didn't have any but they can send security up with some later (really, security......lol) happy I only stay one day and it was way over price for one day...($500 for two rooms). And bed was loose if you sat on end it tilted up.
