DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel El Paso Downtown

Great location; rooms were very nice. Would stay there again.

Disliked: Long waits on the elevators; had problems with our dinner - served the prime rib cold. Sent it back and they brought out a new steak about half the size. We never ate any of it, just left a poor impression.

Overall nice hotel in a very good location for attending the concert we drove down for. Their parking structure is good for golf carts and Mini Coopers, but our car was sideswiped (likely a couple of thousand dollars in damage) by someone pulling out next to it who just drove off. No security cameras!

Liked: Great service; close to Judson F Williams Convention Center; comfortable room and lobby.
Disliked: Parking - tight and my car was sideswiped by a hit and run moron.

Excellent hotel and conveniently located to the downtown. Had a lovely dinner in the hotel restaurant - excellent food. The room was comfortable with a grand view of downtown El Paso. Staff very helpful and ready to assist. Would definitely stay there again!

Disliked: The wheelchair ♿️ bathroom was not really accessible. I was trying to wheel myself in and almost fell over because it had a very dangerous bump/ramp which i could not find a use for. The toilet was too close to the wall causing me to sit sideways because the towel rack was not placed safely. The shower bench was too small. I am not a over weight person, but I felt I was going to fall. There was no water pressure! Not at all which was very inconvenient for rinsing the soap off. The shower was the one reason for my reservation and it was to say the least, disappointing and unsafe

Disliked: The ac in our room was not cooling enough to be comfortable. After spending the day in the hot sun the last thing we wanted was a semi-cool room. We were so miserable

Disliked: Why do we have to pay $20.00 to have our vehicle park in their parking garage ? We just didn’t think this was right.
