Great location; rooms were very nice. Would stay there again.

Disliked: Long waits on the elevators; had problems with our dinner - served the prime rib cold. Sent it back and they brought out a new steak about half the size. We never ate any of it, just left a poor impression.

Overall nice hotel in a very good location for attending the concert we drove down for. Their parking structure is good for golf carts and Mini Coopers, but our car was sideswiped (likely a couple of thousand dollars in damage) by someone pulling out next to it who just drove off. No security cameras!

Liked: Great service; close to Judson F Williams Convention Center; comfortable room and lobby.
Disliked: Parking - tight and my car was sideswiped by a hit and run moron.

Excellent hotel and conveniently located to the downtown. Had a lovely dinner in the hotel restaurant - excellent food. The room was comfortable with a grand view of downtown El Paso. Staff very helpful and ready to assist. Would definitely stay there again!

Liked: The pool and the location was AMAZING and the staff was amazing through and through!!! Super friendly and accommodating!
Disliked: The breakfast wasn’t open buffet like most and the elevator kept breaking down. There were leaks on the property so it didn’t feel safe at all. There wasn’t an area to even buy snacks.

Would go back!

Liked: Great location, I did not rent a car, but it was easy to use ride share apps. The beds were really comfortable. The room was clean. Friendly staff. Love the coffee shop on the first floor!
Disliked: Would be great if the pool was heated as the water was super cold. Would also be a good idea to limit time on the cabanas. Some people would hog them all day!
