Disliked: You changed me 2 times. Now my bank is overdrafted. I was just trying to celebrate my daughter’s birthday now I’m gonna be behind on my bills for the next month.

VERY disappointed!

Disliked: I booked and PAID for two 2 rooms. I arrived at 9:15pm and was told they were “overbooked” and they only had one room available. The staff offered no solution to the problem and only told me I could have one room or cancel both at 9:15PM. In addition the tub filled up with ankle deep water while showering. The pool area was an absolute mess.

Disliked: Room had no dark curtains to block out all the lights coming in making it very difficult to sleep.

Liked: I liked the room with super comfy rooms. Bed was so comfortable. I thought the staff checking in and out were super friendly. The nice cookie that was the best I ever had was a nice way to welcome you to Double Tree

Liked: The bed was clean and comfortable, located near my place of business.
Disliked: The facility has declined from my last visit. Dirty elevators ,hallway carpet, room carpet, torn and dryer burned shower curtain. Property has areas that haven’t been landscaped in a bit. Broken tile in restroom and loud people in room Nextdoor. The ironing board was broken when I went to use it and the nightstand had cigarette burns. Horrible
