Where's the Doubletree cookie and...
Liked: The whole experience was about average for a 2 star hotel. Nothing special. Nothing horrid
Disliked: I saw "Doubletree" and expected a lot more. I've stayed at a lot of Doubletree locations across the country. I'm a member of their little club. Usually, I'm greeted with a cookie and a couple little bottles of water. It's a small thing... But it's a Doubletree thing... And those little touches are appreciated. No such luck at this one. Pretty much "give me your credit card... Here's your key"But the employee was nice enough to bring me a bag of ice. I in turn gave her some pizza. We both seemed content.

Bad
Liked: Breakfast was yuck. Horrible oatmeal. Location was great.
Disliked: No more hot tub. Pool overcrowded and don't think all were guests. Run down from 15 yrs ago. Paid way too much. Air conditioner rattled all night. Could not sleep.

No Room Available
Disliked: I drove for five hours from Michigan, eagerly anticipating a comfortable stay, but upon arrival, I was disappointed to learn that there was no room available for me, despite my reservation. The experience was further exacerbated by the behavior of the lady at the front desk, who was unhelpful and notably rude during our interaction. This encounter left a lasting negative impression. To enhance future guest experiences, I recommend that the management prioritize staff training in customer service and communication, as a welcoming atmosphere is essential for any hospitality business.
