Liked: The staff was great, very nice and welcoming! Easy access to the airport.

Avoid unless you’re desperate!
Liked: The shuttle bus was reasonably quick to the hotel from the airport, but took 20 minutes to arrive after being told that it was on its way. Bed was comfortable so slept okay.
Disliked: Reception staff rude. When I called to arrange shuttle bus from the airport that evening I asked how long it would be before the shuttle arrived and whoever was on the phone just harrumphed and hung up on meOn arrival receptionist spent a full 5 minutes clicking on computer not saying anything to the people in front of me. Then complained about a computer issue. Called a colleague who fixed the issue in moments. Checked me in and impatiently demanded information on which shuttle bus back to the airport I wanted in the morning. Zero customer engagement skills. Handed me room key without looking at me, or giving any directions to where the rooms were. When I asked she impatiently just pointed and said “there” with no eye contact. Turns out to be down a badly signed corridor behind me. Probably the worst receptionist experience I’ve ever had at an hotel. Room was spartan. Didnt even have a pen and piece of paper to take notes. Whole hotel and room feel tired and in need of refurbishment. Shower tray had big chip smashed out of it.

Bad food, bad service
Liked: When I first arrived the two lady’s at the front desk were carrying on in a conversation didn’t stop to great me and then when they did made it seem like I was a bother to check in. I decided to get food from the hotel kitchen bat instead of dining out. I got a chicken tender meal with fries the box was fused like it had been heated on something and the tenders weren’t fresh or crisp I ate some of the fries but eventually they started to taste funny. My partner got a quesadillas which was the only edible thing we got. Frustrating isn’t even the word. I couldn’t wait to check out, definitely will not be back to book in the future.
