Disappointing stay, not to the...

Liked: Location was perfect and staff were helpful when needed.
Disliked: We arrived at the hotel and later found 4 cockroaches in our room so were upgraded to another room. Unfortunately this room had a problem with ants and within hours of being in there with no food in the room, they were all over the countertop. We raised this to the reception downstairs and were told that ants were to be expected. They sent someone to clean it up and this was sorted within the hour however they were later found in a different area of the room closer to the bed itself.

Liked: Great Hotel, Good breakfast and amazing variety and service staff, Front desk very helpful always smiling. Clean and large rooms. On the footsteps of Esplanade great Location

Liked: I really like the breakfast buffet. I didn’t expect to eat some porridge.
Disliked: Bathroom was really small and curtain rail was broken.

Satisfying.

Liked: The room was excellent although the toilet flush had a few problems. These were resolved in my absence without any report needed to be made. All in all a good experience. The breakfast was good value .
Disliked: Nothing.
