Other than failing to upgrade...

Liked: Was able to accommodate all our guests for a nearby wedding. Very well taken care of.

Bad

Disappointing

Liked: The pool was decent, very cloudy and not as big as you'd expect for the size hotel and amount of people but entertained the kids and at least made the price a little more understandable.
Disliked: During check in it took a while of waiting in line for them to fix another guests reservations then when it was our turn up it went rather quick and we went up to our room. I had booked for a double bed given there was four of us. Two adults two kids. We instead were put in a single bed room with a sofa. Said to heck with it and settled. I had family events to go to so we left for a few hours. When we came back we were stopped in the lobby due to "system errors" and had to reverify my I.D which took 15 minutes. Meanwhile its 8:40pm im just getting back from a not so enjoyable night im tired my kids are tired. The pillows were flat, the bed was a tight squeeze for 3 but we slept the best we could. We woke the next morning an utilized the early pool opening so the kids could at least enjoy that before a five hour drive back home. But for the price there wasnt even a microwave in the room just per request if they have enough. The pool is a lengthy distance from the rooms, the room booked was all screwy and honestly feel they book too many events for one single day for the space they have. I definitely wouldnt be back for the price.

Overall great property, burdened by...

Liked: Overall it's good and comfy and modern
Disliked: The nightshift staff doesn't have a clue. (I checked in at 11pm) I asked if my booking includes breakfast, she said yes, but next morning I learned that it is not the case.I got a package from amazon and I had to ask at night since we returned to the hotel late, and she couldn't find it, had to leave to the daytime staff to find it.
