Disliked: I made a genuine error in booking this hotel. I booked in genuine error Bristol USA when I wanted to Bristol UK.You rightly said that that I should contact booking.com, which I did. However the booking.com team - Voltaire, have told me that despite their emails to you, you have not responded.I'm hoping that you can see what's happened and that you can look favourably upon my request - please can you discuss my case with booking.com

Perfect!

Liked: High end quality finishes. Bar staff fantastic!! Warm, comfortable places to hang… loved the fireplace area!! Our room was amazing! We upgraded to a Queen suite at the last minute! Best decision ever er!!
Disliked: Everything!
