Fantastic hotel with fantastic staff; highly recommend this hotel.

Liked: Everything.

Disappointed this stay; have stayed...

Disliked: Room was smaller than anticipated, also I had an email from Doubletree Hilton offering upgrade to king size room for £14 if available, the receptionist did not appear to know what I was talking about☹️ The toilet (room 331) was in definite need of some bleach!

Disliked: The transfer of euros to sterling distorted the original price quoted. However we had a pleasant few days and by rail Bath was near and we'll worth a visit.

Great place for a couple of nights
