We always have great experiences...

Liked: The staff is incredibly friendly and super helpful. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. It’s also in a nice, quiet location and is really easy to get to. Also excellent amount of amenities.
Disliked: Just wish the pool/hot tub area was open a little bit later and that the food at Tradewinds was better. And wish they had later checkout (noontime instead of 11am) like many other hotels have been implementing.

Disliked: We are a retired couple traveling from Florida. We arrived at 12:30 vs 3:00 check in. Staff said no rooms were ready..but if we wanted to pay $50 ( 2 hrs @ $25 ) a room could magicially become available. I agreed as we were tired, management agreed to only charge $25. Do not stay at this hotel!

Disliked: That they scheduled maintenance on the pool on a holiday weekend knowing people travel so the pool was closed for more than half my stay and they charged more for the stay because it was a holiday.
