Disliked: I thought the Water Park tickets were included with the hotel .. At least they should give a discount on tickets to the water park. Let one get accommodation at the hotel.. thanks

The stay wasn’t comfortable. Rooms...

Liked: Location was good. Close to good parks, Costco, waterpark etc
Disliked: Hotel was very outdated, cleaning wasn’t up to par, it was uncomfortable in this regard.

Liked: It was a beautiful facility.
Disliked: I did not get a requested a wake-up call. In 5 am shower, no soap, shampoo, conditioner. I had no time to get products, I was wet & had to go set-up to present at 6 am. All they could offer was a free breakfast, which I could not eat as I had to leave.

Disliked: nothing much worked: tub, TV, Coffee maker, hair dryer, pool closed
