Liked: Friendly staff; hot water and comfortable bed.
Disliked: Noisy, squeaky floor. Noisy exterior noise.

I booked a month in advance; they told me I could pay cash at the hotel and when I arrived they needed a card for incidentals; maybe that was my mistake but then had to search for another hotel. The valet was horrible they pulled up the wrong car upon leaving and didn't know where ours was; they scratched and dented my car on the passenger side and we didn't realize until we arrived home; nothing was done about it!

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Everything.

Doris B, Walpole Tue, 16 August 2016

Staff was wonderful and loved the room. Came to the city for a concert. Needed a room that wasn't overly priced. This worked out great and was only 5 minutes from the theatre.

Disliked: Was a little noisy as it is across the street from a hospital.

Sheila, Dennisport, visiting Wilbur Theatre Thu, 14 July 2016

Check in and out was a breeze. Everyone was friendly. Front desk recommended restaurants and told us how to get around. Room was clean. It was really quiet considering it is in the city. Valet parking was extremely fast compared to other hotels. Will stay again for next show in theater district!

Liked: Very clean; nice people; good bathroom/shower; great loaction.
Disliked: Bar closes too early, especially on nights after a show, when you want to unwind before bed.

I don't think it makes sense to pay $50.00 for valet parking when you've all ready paid for a hotel room. It should be provided with the cost of the room.

Liked: Staff was very friendly and accommodating and the room was beautiful. Very clean and the beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The phone in our room was disconnected - none of the staff had warned us of this. Also, the phone number on the valet parking card called a disconnected number.

Would stay here again. Front desk personnel went out of their way to be helpful. Location is within walking distance to all parts of Boston and is close to subway stations. Great location for attending concerts in theater district.

Liked: Great location. Very helpful staff. Quiet room. Comfortable beds.
Disliked: Difficult front entrance to unload baggage.

No complaints here. I travel alot and the staff was the best - pleasant and lots of smiles. This is what more people need to do in today's world. We felt good by the pleasant manners of the staff. The rooms were very clean. Location, really was the best - near all the theaters and Chinatown. Will be back and recommend this to all.

Liked: Location to China town.
