Great place to stay while...

Liked: Giovanni at the front desk my was so friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond the call of duty to see we were doing ok and gave us the best advice ever! To eat at Terry Blacks for which we are forever grateful. We would return!

The location was perfect; none...

Liked: I WAS CHARGED $104.99 FOR PARKING!!!! MY STATEMENT HAS TWO SEPERATE CHARGES FOR MY STAY, the one for the room was correct, the other charge for parking was not. We were given a QR code with our room key to use to pay the $20 charge (as stated by Booking.com) that the person checking us in said was $35...Regardless, it definitely was not $104.99. If the excuse is that it was for incidentals and should drop off my account...wrong it's been 17 days and they won't even acknowledge that they charged me. Besides that bit of dishonesty...I Loved the location of the hotel, it was near our event. I have been unable to solve the issue by calling, I was told it was Booking.com's fault because they charged me...WRONG, the charge is from the hotel (DOUBLETREE A-CFN7215 - 1617 NORTH INTERSTATE 3, AUSTIN, TX)!!!!!!!!! I'm mad - I know it's only $84, but it's MY $84.

Nice stay. Great staff. Just...

Liked: Location was great for the NCAA baseball regional. Everything was very convenient and the staff was super nice.
Disliked: Ice machines were out on every floor except the 6th. Parking is just too high for this level of facility.
