DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Asheville - Biltmore

The hotel was fine, but they made it very clear when we checked in and checked out that our stay would not count toward HHONORS Points since we booked through a third party. VERY disappointing. We were to get HHONORS Points for anything charged to the room, but the restaurant onsite did not have the capability to charge to the room due to a computer glitch. VERY disappointing again. We spent about $700 at a Hilton Hotel with no HHONORS points recognition.

Great stay for my family...

Liked: Very convenient location in a great city. This is always a nice stopping point when I am traveling in North Carolina.
Disliked: Nothing to mention.

Disliked: Restaurant closed.
