Exceptional

A great stay in Hot...

Liked: We have stayed at the DoubleTree multiple times in Hot Springs, when we travel through. Everything is always clean and the beds are very comfortable. The pool is nice and we used it as well. You have to love the warm cookie they give you on arrival too.
Disliked: This last visit, they seem to have stopped the morning coffee service in the lobby. They provide in-room coffee, but I generally need more than one cup. They used to provide coffee in the lobby in the mornings, but they seem to have stopped that recently which was a bummer.

Liked: Good location ,it has everything
Disliked: I didn’t like that they charged me extra fee because I rent a boat and I used their dock to get in and get off

My anniversary was great and...

Liked: The view was wonderful and the room and bathroom were great. The lobby view was very beautiful.
Disliked: The lady at the front desk could have been friendly. I came in and we greeted, I stated my name and once she look at my information her whole attitude change. I felt like she didn't want me there.
