Very unhappy

Liked: Huge hotel great pool.
Disliked: The rooms badly need remodeling. We stayed in room 122 it was very dirty there was mold around the floor of the shower. The bed lamp was broken and the attached plug didn’t work. There was actually dirt and dust around the nightstands. I’m very unhappy with the treatment I received from the front desk.

Very good

Liked: I was a little nervous because of reviews but our stay was actually really pleasant! The staff was all so friendly, our room was clean. The pool and hot tub were clean. Even the bathroom in the pool area was surprisingly clean. I really enjoyed the stay. Hotel was under construction but it looked like they kept the customers on the opposite side of the building doing the construction, so it didn’t really affect us at all.

Great stay. Nice hotel!

Liked: The hotel was nice. Well maintained. Our room was remodeled and very nice. New carpet in the hallways as well. We will definitely be back!

A definite work in progress...

Liked: It was convenient to the downtown area and it's local attractions.
Disliked: The facility was definitely under renovation, which I'm sure will be great when completed,. There were very strange smells in the hallways, no permanent room numbers by the doors and even though the shower was brand new the floor was dirty and there were still pencil markings on the wall tiles with cut to measurements left. Upon entering the room the refrigerator wasn't working and had to be replaced and the shared door to the adjoining room didn't lock, both of those issues were fixed immediately, by the man from facilities. It was extremely noisy...why renovate and not spray a little insulation between the adjoining walls. Housekeeping did come in and straighten up and give fresh towels, but didn't leave any additional coffee pods or cups for day two.

Liked: Nice pool, hot tub and breakfast
Disliked: Had a couch bed, had to open and put on sheets myself. It was a terrible job. Never had to do it, was always part of the service
